The standard 4600-D system is designed
to transmit digitized RGB/sync video over one multimode or singlemode
fiber with video bandwidth up to 65 MHz per color.
The 4600-D Series is a high-performance
and affordable Digital Fiber Optic RGB Video Transmission System.
In addition to RGB/sync video transmission, the 4600-D options also
support industrial standard mouse, keyboard, and audio for remote
multimedia presentation. With only one fiber required to connect
the 4600-D for all RGB video channels and sync signals, this enables
trouble-free quick setup. The 4600-D supports most popular sync
formats, including composite sync and external H + V sync. The unit
contains BNC connectors for video hookup and one (1) ST-type connector
for multimode, or FC-connector for singlemode, fiber optical connection.
They are also easily monitored by separate LED indicators for power,
optical link, and channel activity. The standalone units are powered
by +12 VDC. The 4600-D design is capable of addressing a variety
of non-standard configurations.
